About the Vineyard:
Established 2018 by father and daughter Hans and Amanda Engstrom. We have planted 6 hectares of vines in the last 4 years since moving here.
Varieties are: Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, Pinot Gris, Bacchus, Acalon, Gamay, Riesling and Pinot Meunier).
We are yet to open and had our first harvest in 2021 but when we do launch we will offer a range of still wines, white, rose and red. We produce wines with minimal intervention that are unfiltered, unfined and vegan, and we like to experiment with different techniques and blends.
Opening planned for Spring 2022!
