Althorne estate was established in 2016 by the Hollingsbee family,with the aim of growing premium grapes for the production of still and sparkling wines. We now have 11 acres and produce awarding winning Pinot Noir, Chardonnay Pinot Gris and sparkling wines,in the traditional method.

Everything is done in house, and by hand. we are focused on working with nature, and strive to

be gentle and harmonous, using groundbreaking methods, to establish a unique, english viticulture practice, that works with nature, not against it.
