Bacchus/Reichensteiner sugar readings.   We have recently bought a refractometer and were pleasantly suprised that both our Bacchus and Reichensteiner tested 50Oe on 16th September. This rose to 55 for Bacchus and 54 for Reichensteiner on 23rd September, but dropped to 52 for Bacchus and 51 for Reichensteiner today; 11days after the first testing.   […]
